Trigger Point Dry Needling and its Clinical Applications for Pain Management and Sports Injuries
This workshop introduction day will explore myofascial pain syndrome, trigger point therapy and dry needling in an easy to comprehend clinical approach training method

Course Outline:

• Definitions of Trigger Points and myofascial pain syndrome
• Palpation and massage techniques of the lower limb
• Active release techniques
• Neutral Testing
• Dry Needling in the management of musculoskeletal pain of the calf, Achilles, Heel and ball of foot regions in detail
• Spray and stretch techniques
• Case studies
