VOLUNTEER for the Oxfam Trailwaler Melbourne event- 24-26 March 2023!
ROLE:
Oxfam Trailwalker is a life-changing 100km, 55km, or 30km trail walk event where every step that participants take helps to raise vital funds to help tackle poverty. They rely on passionate, dedicated podiatrists to support and care for participants as they take on this challenging walking course
This year, an all-new Melbourne trail awaits. Starting at the picturesque Silvan Reservoir Park, through Mount Dandenong, and descending the iconic 1000 steps. Together, teams cross the Finish Line at Lysterfield Park.
There will be an Allied Health marquee at the above checkpoints with teams of podiatry, physiotherapy, and massage specialists working together.
They will provide all the supplies and equipment you will need including surgical gloves and hand sanitisers, all you will need to bring is your expertise and willingness to tend to walkers' acute injuries and put a smile back on their faces!
This is a great opportunity to join a passionate, dedicated team and make a difference in the fight against poverty.
