Proven capability in private practice operations, commercial modelling, stakeholder engagement, and business strategy to ensure allied health businesses remain competitive, financially sustainable and operationally robust.
Experienced in interpreting funding, regulatory and market shifts and translating them into clear operational implications for allied health practices. Recognised for building high‑performing teams, shaping reform initiatives, and contributing business‑informed insights across organisational and industry groups.
As a Business Consultant at BAC Business Consulting, I draw upon over two decades of hands-on experience in allied health business ownership, organizational consulting, and business planning. My career has been dedicated to helping others navigate the complexities of health practice management, from start-ups and scaling operations to preparing for successful exits. Previously, I led the growth of "The Physio Clinic" from a single room practice to a multi-site, multi-disciplinary operation, culminating in its successful sale to Australia’s largest integrated allied health group. Post-sale, I served in leadership roles, managing over 30 clinics and $40M+ in revenue.
