This five-module e-course has been designed to strengthen the business capability of podiatry practice owners and managers. While clinical expertise is high across the profession, many practitioners operate without formal training in business operations, leadership, and growth strategy.

This program addresses that gap by delivering practical, applied learning that supports sustainable, profitable, and well-managed podiatry practices.

The course is structured to be accessible, time-efficient, and immediately actionable, combining pre-reading, concise video learning, and applied assessment.

Objective: To equip podiatry professionals with the foundational business knowledge, tools, and confidence required to effectively manage and grow a successful practice.
