Most AI training leaves you with techniques. This leaves you with something built.
In three hours, in a small group of 30, you'll set up your own AI workspace — a personalised setup inside the tool you already use, that knows your practice, your services, and how you communicate. Instead of starting every AI task from scratch with a generic prompt, you'll be briefing a workspace that already understands how your business works.

Together we'll go beyond the basics into the build itself: loading your workspace with the right knowledge, shaping how it speaks, and running at least one real workflow through it before you leave — a month of social content, a patient email sequence, an SOP, whichever one will actually save you time on Monday.

By 1pm you'll have an AI workspace built for your practice, with one workflow already running inside it.
Required: a paid plan with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. No clinical AI. No patient data. No tech background required.

Elizabeth Griffiths Bio

Elizabeth Griffiths is the Founder and CEO of Wellcome AI, an AI education and strategic advisory practice that helps leaders and teams delegate real work to AI in a safe and practical way. She works with busy professionals to introduce simple, low-risk AI workflows that streamline operations, improve quality and reduce administrative load so staff can focus on the work humans do best with patients and clients.

Elizabeth has over a decade of experience in product and technology leadership, including roles as an early product leader at Immutable and Chief Product Officer at AI compliance startup Haast. At Haast, she helped roll out AI-powered workflows for organisations such as Telstra, Sportsbet and Zurich, and now, through Wellcome AI's role as a Business NSW Regional Leader, she delivers practical AI workshops and advisory support that combine governance, strategy and hands-on implementation experience.
