By the end of the session, participants will have clarity on their top AI opportunities and a simple 30-day plan to take back to practice.

Saturday Session: Beyond SEO — AI Search and Clinic Visibility

Here’s how to actually get found.

This 50-minute session focuses on how AI is changing the way patients search for and choose podiatry clinics. Attendees will learn why traditional SEO alone is no longer enough, and how Google AI Overviews, AI platforms, voice search, reviews, Google Business Profiles, social media and website content all influence clinic visibility. The session will leave participants with practical actions they can take the same week to strengthen how they show up in both Google and AI search.

Sunday Workshop: Your Practice AI Workspace (Optional and Extra Cost)

Let’s build your workspace together.

This optional three-hour Sunday workshop is a hands-on, small-group session for podiatrists who want to set up AI properly in their own practice. Participants will build a personalised AI workspace tailored to their services, communication style and business needs, and run at least one real workflow before they leave.

Please note: The Sunday workshop is an optional add-on and is not included in the PDS program registration. It is available at an additional cost.
