Initiation into the world of Western Medical Acupuncture (WMA) which is a science-based approach to the use of acupuncture techniques including Dry Needling.

The practical skills for a range of needle insertion techniques. To insert needles safely. To be clear about the management of severe and minor adverse events and to minimise their possibility.

The integration of how to complement existing Podiatric management of conditions with our modality, WMA. To develop the skills to use WMA as an initial intervention when it is appropriate to do so. To develop the use of WMA in the treatment of conditions for which we otherwise have no treatment, such as in peripheral neuropathic pain.
