Cadaveric Workshop for Podiatrists
In collaboration with the ACPS we are pleased to offer this interactive course which includes informal presentations, discussion and hands on cadaveric dissection workshops, based in a small group environment. The workshop is capped at a maximum of 18 participants and will involve demonstration and facilitation by Members of the ACPS and surgical registrars.
Course Content:
- Guided and free dissection of the forefoot (including hallux), midfoot and rearfoot;
- Injection techniques of the foot and the ankle: an update on pharmacology related to injectables will also be provided.
- An update on nail and curettage procedures, including suturing techniques peri-ungually; and
- Case studies to enhance knowledge translation and the enhancement of skills.
