The 2026 Virtual Student Conference is an online event showcasing podiatry student research, academic work and emerging clinical thinking.

🎤 Get involved: Present at the 2026 Virtual Student Conference

We are inviting podiatry students to submit an abstract to present at the Virtual Student Conference.

Submission will open on Monday 22 June and close Tuesday 21 July 2026.

Who can present

  • 3rd and 4th year podiatry students
  • New Graduate, within 12 months of graduating
  • Academic based project, research, assignment, or placement experience

  • Showcase your work to the profession
  • Gain experience presenting in a professional environment

  • Contribute to advancing podiatry practice

How to submit an abstract to present at the Virtual Student Conference

  • Click on the Abstract Submission button below, which will take you the call for abstracts page.
  • Successful applicants will receive an invite to attend a mentoring session on presenting skills. This will be delivered as a virtual session

  • All presentations will be pre-recorded, and presenters are expected to attend their presentation and join the LIVE panel discussion for Q+A immediately after their presentation.

  • Abstract submissions must be submitted by 5:00 PM Friday 17 July 2026.
