APodA Member Insurance - Important changes for 2025
Current policy holders:
Important information to consider before you renew your APodA Professional Indemnity and Public & Products Liability Insurance
For the period 2025-26, the following coverage sub-limits have been revised to the APodA Professional Indemnity and Public & Products Liability Insurance.
‘Court Attendance Costs’ reduced from the limit of liability to up to $250 per day for employees; or up to $500 per day for directors, partners, or principals of the insured or subsidiary. |
‘Unlimited Retroactive Cover’ replaced with ‘Retroactive Cover Endorsement’. |
Criminal Proceedings costs and expenses reduced from $1,000,000 to $500,000 each criminal proceeding and in the aggregate. |
Libel & Slander reduced from limit of liability to $200,000 each inquiry and in the aggregate. |
