Previous director or related experience:

I am currently the Podiatry Research Lead at Monash Health. I am winding up as a Senior Consultant within the Systems Impact team at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute where I have driven driven large-scale health, wellbeing and educational transformation initiatives. I am also the director of AJC Podiatry, delivering paediatric podiatric care across diverse health settings and service models. Within a previous role at Monash Health, I have held leadership roles on committees related to national standards, clinical governance, service planning, research and innovation. I am the current chair of the APP SIG. My previous involvement with APodA includes serving as Chair and Secretary of the Victorian APodA Paediatric Special Interest Group.

Competencies and skills relevant to the role:

Extensive experience in project management, healthcare evaluation, and digital transformation. Proven ability to strategically lead teams, develop and implement models of care and clinical governance, while managing multi-million-dollar budgets. I am a systems-level thinker, able to align operational detail with strategic and policy goals, and navigate the intersections between clinical, community, and research domains. I have worked across public, private, and academic sectors giving me key insights into the challenges these sectors face.
