Four hours a week? Really?

Yep. We’re not offering full-time. We’re not even offering part-time.
But what we are offering is a front-row seat to a clinic that does things a little differently - and a foot in the door (pun absolutely intended) to something more.

Who we are

We’re Pride Podiatry, based at the Paris end of Collins Street. A calm, focused clinic surrounded by some of Melbourne’s best coffee and energy - but inside, it’s all clean lines, considered care, and a systemised flow that keeps chaos out and clarity in.

We blend clinical excellence with a bit of flair. We name our orthotics The Parisian and The Melbournian. We send our patients recap videos. We use clever tools to make life easier. Most importantly, we actually give a damn about outcomes.

Why this role exists

Our founder (Tim) is heading to France for three months later this year. Our current pod (Ella) is about to go on maternity leave. So, we’ll need good people - probably more than one.

But before we commit to long-term or full-time hires, we’re offering this Monday morning role as a low-pressure way to get to know each other. Start small. See how it feels. If there’s a spark, there’s a clear path forward.

The nuts and bolts

• Hours: Mondays, 8am–12pm (yep, that’s it - for now)
   
• Location: Paris end of Collins Street, Melbourne CBD
   
• Rate: Competitive casual hourly rate ($60+Super) + full admin support + systems that make your life easier
   
• Patients: Pre-screened, engaged, and largely musculoskeletal or orthotic-focused
   
• Tech stack: PracSuite, Onform, Physitrack, Loom, plus some clever internal tools
   
• Support: Zero hustle culture. You show up and do great clinical work - we take care of the rest
   

What’s next

This might stay a four-hour gig. It might turn into something much more. It depends on you, on us, and on how life unfolds.
