Feetology Podiatry & Orthotics is looking for an experienced podiatrist who wants a well-supported private practice role without weekends, home visits or aged care facility work.

We are a family-run podiatry clinic in Victoria Point with an established patient base, supportive team, well-equipped clinic and clear workflows to help you do good work.

This role may suit someone based in the Redlands, bayside, Logan or south Brisbane area who would like a quality local private practice role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys using their clinical experience across a broad private practice caseload, wants to build patient relationships, and would like to settle into a clinic over time.

The Role

This is a broad private practice podiatry role.

The caseload includes general nail and skin care, diabetic reviews, ingrown toenails, nail surgery where clinically indicated, and biomechanical/MSK work including orthotic therapy, shockwave, footwear advice, treatment planning and common paediatric presentations such as Sever’s and pes planus.

General care is an important part of the role. We do not treat it as lesser work — it is part of how we build long-term patient relationships and look after people properly.

At the same time, we have steady demand for biomechanical/MSK assessment, orthotic therapy and related care. For the right person, we would like to keep developing this side of the role over time.

There are no aged care facility visits, no home visits, and no weekend work.

Days, Hours and What We Offer

This is ideally a 3-day per week role, although we would consider 2 days per week for the right person.

The available days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The final roster would be agreed based on the right person, clinic needs and room availability.

We offer:

• Monday to Friday roster
• No weekend work
• No home visits or aged care facility work
• Established patient base
• Supportive admin team and clinic systems
• Well-equipped clinic, including gait analysis, CAD/CAM orthotics, AI-assisted notes and EMS Shockwave
• Clear onboarding into our clinic workflows, including orthotic processes, nail surgery processes and biomechanical assessment approach
• Regular case discussion and clinical support
• Clear systems around notes, follow-up, orthotic workflow and patient communication
• Remuneration expected to be in the range of $65–$75 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience, employment type, agreed days, hours and fit
• A stable, owner-led clinic with a focus on quality care and long-term patient relationships

About You

You may be a good fit if you:

• have experience in private practice podiatry
• enjoy broad private practice work
• are comfortable with both general nail/skin care and biomechanical/MSK/orthotic work
• communicate clearly and warmly with patients
• can explain treatment options and guide ongoing care
• value good systems, clear communication and clinical consistency
• are clinically thoughtful and independent, but also happy to work within established clinic systems
• are looking for a part-time role where you can become a familiar, trusted podiatrist over time

We have clear systems and workflows, but we also respect clinical judgement and experience. We are looking for someone who brings sound clinical thinking, good communication and a genuine interest in looking after patients well.
