New Step Podiatry is looking for an experienced podiatrist to join our Canberra team between December 2026 and March 2027.

This role is ideally full-time, with 140K–160K+ plus super, depending on experience and the remuneration structure chosen.

That said, we know the right podiatrist may be looking for fewer hours. Family commitments, study, caring responsibilities and lifestyle can all shape what work looks like. Part-time will absolutely be considered for the right person, with remuneration adjusted accordingly.

What You Can Expect✨

We’re an established, progressive practice with a varied caseload, strong admin support and a workplace designed to give our podiatrists the time to do their job well.

We don’t believe in rushing patients through. Initial biomechanical and musculoskeletal appointments are 60 minutes, initial general foot care appointments are 40 minutes, and if a review patient needs longer, we’ll book you longer. You’ll also have protected admin time built into your week.

We also want you to develop the areas of podiatry you genuinely enjoy. Build your knowledge, grow your caseload and become our go-to person in the areas that interest you most.

You’ll have access to technology including EMS DolorClast radial shockwave therapy, Zebris treadmill gait analysis, photobiomodulation therapy, Swift microwave therapy, 3D foot scanning and CAD/CAM custom orthotics.

We’re looking for an AHPRA-registered podiatrist who can confidently manage their own caseload, communicates well and takes pride in providing thoughtful, high-quality patient care.

You’ll probably fit in well if you’re friendly, down-to-earth, open to sharing ideas and enjoy being part of a team that genuinely supports each other.
