Full-time or part-time podiatrist needed in Lane Cove

With two modern podiatry practices on Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches, The Foot Group is a well established full-service podiatry practice with focus and expertise in biomechanics. Andrew Scown established our Lane Cove practice in 2000 and then in 2010 opened our Brookvale practice. Both clinics have been recently renovated and have the latest in treatment technology. We have full-time reception support and are open six days a week.

Currently we have two full-time and two part-time practitioners and are looking to replace one of our full-time practitioners.

Responsibilities

The role will cover the full scope of podiatry practice and is performed entirely in-clinic (meaning we do not provide home or aged care facility visits).

You will be working with experienced podiatrists for mentoring support and plenty of opportunity for continuing professional development.

You will be treating a full range of musculoskeletal complaints using our Zebris instrumented treadmill for gait analysis, Voxelcare cloud-based 3D laser foot scanning and in-house orthotic design and manufacture.

Along with general treatments you will be using our Swift microwave therapy system for treating plantar warts and using your skills to conservatively treat ingrown toenails including the Onyfix nail bracing system, and perform nail surgery when needed. We have a dedicated foot and lower limb laser therapist at our Lane Cove clinic for you to work with when needed.

You will be stepping into an established role in our Lane Cove clinic with a well established patient and multi-disciplinary referrer base.
