Are you a podiatrist who dreams of one day owning a thriving private practice—but isn’t sure how to bridge the gap between clinical work and business ownership?

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside and be mentored directly by a podiatrist with over 25 years of practice ownership experience, in a high-performance clinic that has treated over 100,000 patients and continues to see approximately 400 patients per week, with around 85% musculoskeletal/biomechanical caseload.

Our clinic is equipped with over $1 million in advanced technology, including eight shockwave units (soon to be nine), three laser therapy (soon to be four), 3D AI gait analysis, and two orthotic systems (3D Print and CADCAM). We have built a 5-star reputation, a strong referrer network, and have consistently remained profitable—even during COVID when others ran at business closing losses.

But this opportunity goes far beyond clinical excellence.

You’ll be mentored directly by the practice owner—someone who still wakes up before 6am after 25 years in practice because they genuinely love what they do. You’ll learn not just how to treat patients, but how to run and eventually own a practice that thrives (not just survives):

• Learn the systems, mindset, and business principles that universities and MBAs don’t teach.
• Gain hands-on mentorship in leadership, team culture, marketing, and operations.

As the current owner transitions focus toward charitable work (aiming to feed one million mouths through his Heel’d products and other platforms), he's seeking one, maybe two dedicated podiatrists to step into a long-term partnership and leadership role. He’ll still be in the clinic every day, but this is your chance to be mentored into a successor role with purpose and support.
