Highett Podiatry is growing again - and we are looking for the right person to grow with us.

With the expansion of Highett Podiatry into our newest clinic, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Podiatrist to step into a Site Manager and clinical leadership role.

This position would suit a podiatrist who loves clinical practice but is also ready for the next stage of their career — someone who enjoys mentoring younger practitioners, developing a team, managing a clinic and helping shape the future of a growing allied health business.

The opportunity

Working closely with our Directors and management team, you will take a leadership role within one of our clinic locations while continuing to maintain your own clinical caseload.

Your role will include:

• Providing high-quality podiatric care across your areas of clinical interest
• Leading and supporting the day-to-day operation of the clinic
• Mentoring podiatrists, new graduates, students and Allied Health Assistants
• Helping develop a positive, collaborative and high-performing team
• Supporting clinical standards, systems and professional development
• Contributing ideas to the continued growth and direction of the clinic
• Working alongside an experienced management team while having genuine autonomy within your site

Who we are looking for

We are particularly interested in hearing from an experienced or senior podiatrist who enjoys working with people as much as treating patients.

You may already have management experience, or you may simply know that leadership and mentoring are where you would like your career to progress.

We are looking for someone who is:

• An experienced and confident podiatrist
• Passionate about mentoring and developing other clinicians
• A natural communicator and team leader
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility

• Interested in contributing to the growth of a progressive private practice
