Full Time Podiatrist Hunter Valley, NSW
Position Vacant: Full Time
Experienced Podiatrist – Join the Team at Hunter Podiatry Services
$130,000–$140,000 plus package | 9-Day Fortnight | Flexible Roster | Hunter Region NSW
At Hunter Podiatry Services, we're looking for an experienced podiatrist who loves musculoskeletal practice, values clinical excellence, and wants to be part of a genuinely supportive team culture.
This is not a high-volume, churn-and-burn role.
We deliberately structure our clinicians' diaries to allow quality patient care, professional satisfaction, and work-life balance. Most clinicians see 10–12 patients per day, giving you the time to thoroughly assess, treat, educate, and achieve great outcomes.
Why Join Hunter Podiatry?
For more than 40 years, we've built a reputation as one of the Hunter Region's leading podiatry providers by focusing on three things:
Exceptional patient outcomes
Investing in our people and our tech
Creating a workplace where clinicians actually enjoy coming to work
Our team consists of passionate podiatrists working alongside physiotherapists and other health professionals in a collaborative environment where learning, mentorship, and clinical excellence are valued.
We're proud of our culture. We work hard, support each other, celebrate wins, share knowledge freely, and maintain a genuinely positive workplace. No egos. No politics. Just good people doing meaningful work.
The Role
This position is ideal for a podiatrist with several years of clinical experience who enjoys managing:
Lower limb musculoskeletal conditions
Running and sporting injuries
Biomechanics and gait assessment
Foot and ankle pain
Exercise-based rehabilitation
Orthotic therapy and prescription
Collaborative management with physiotherapists and other health professionals
Your diary will be predominantly musculoskeletal-focused, allowing you to develop strong clinical relationships and achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Who We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
Current AHPRA registration
Several years of private practice experience
Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A team-oriented mindset
A genuine passion for helping people move better and live healthier lives
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who aligns with our values and wants to contribute to a positive, supportive culture.
A Different Kind of Podiatry Role
If you're currently seeing 18–25 patients a day, feeling rushed, and spending more time watching the clock than helping patients, this role offers something different.
Here, you'll have the time, support, and autonomy to do your best work while maintaining a healthy balance outside the clinic.
Great patients. Great team. Great culture.
If that sounds like the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
