East Wimmera Heath Service is a fully accredited small rural health service across five campuses encompassing five communities being Birchip, Donald, Charlton, St Arnaud & Wycheproof in the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires in North Western Victoria.

EWHS provides a broad range of Acute, Community Based and Aged Care services integrated with local general medical practices. Additionally, EWHS manages several other local services in post acute care, planned activity groups and infection control.

We are excited to have established a new model of primary care focused on an integrated approach to delivering primary healthcare to our communities and we seek dedicated and skilled allied health clinicians to be integral members of our team!

This role entails working with individuals, groups and communities in a progressive and diverse multi-disciplinary environment, with the aim of maintaining and promoting health through a range of assessment, treatment and prevention options to our acute and aged care clients.
