Feetology Podiatry & Orthotics is looking for a podiatrist who wants more than just their next job.

We are a family-run clinic in Victoria Point with strong systems, an established patient base, and a clear direction for the next stage of the practice. We are looking for someone who wants to settle into a clinic, build strong relationships with patients, and do great work over a longer period of time.

We offer a strong salary because we value good clinicians and have built the systems and patient base to support this role properly. We are looking for someone who can step into that environment, care for patients well, and contribute over time.

The Role

This is a broad private practice podiatry role. The caseload is currently approximately:

• 70% nail and skin care, ingrown toenails, diabetic reviews and nail surgery where clinically indicated
• 30% biomechanical/MSK/orthotic work, including assessment, orthotic therapy, shockwave, footwear advice, treatment planning and ongoing management

The exact mix varies week to week. We are actively shaping the role by leaving room for new biomechanical/MSK and ingrown toenail patients, while continuing to provide care for our established patient base.

There are no aged care facility visits, no home visits, and no weekend work.

What We Offer

• 4–5 days per week, with the final roster agreed based on the right person and the needs of the clinic

• Strong admin support and clinic systems

• Well-equipped clinic, including gait analysis, CAD/CAM orthotics, AI-assisted notes and EMS Shockwave

• Clear onboarding into our clinic systems, including orthotic workflows, nail surgery processes and biomechanical assessment approach

• $100,000–$128,000 plus super, equivalent up to $65/hour, depending on experience, hours and fit

• A stable, owner-led clinic with a focus on quality care and long-term patient relationships

About You

You may be a good fit if you:

• enjoy broad private practice podiatry
• are comfortable with both nail/skin care and biomechanical/MSK/orthotic work
• communicate clearly with patients, team members and clinic owners
• are willing to recommend appropriate treatment when clinically indicated
• can explain treatment options without feeling like you are “selling”
• take pride in punctuality, clear clinical notes and professional presentation
• are reliable, professional, and comfortable working within a clinic that values clear systems and continuous improvement
