Our Ferntree Gully clinic is a modern, renovated, stand-alone podiatry clinic with comfortable treatment rooms, great facilities and full administrative support.

You can focus on being a podiatrist rather than spending your day answering phones, accepting payments, chasing appointments, doing blogs or social media or managing administration.

We have an established and diverse patient base, giving you the opportunity to treat a broad range of presentations, including:

• Musculoskeletal and biomechanical conditions
• General podiatry and high-risk foot care
• Orthotic therapy
• Paediatrics
• Nail surgery
• Sports and overuse injuries
• Rehabilitation and injury management

There is also plenty of opportunity to develop your caseload around the areas of podiatry you enjoy most.

🖥️ Excellent equipment and technology

We invest in technology that helps our podiatrists provide great care.

You'll have access to LightForce Laser Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, 3D orthotic scanning, gait and plantar pressure analysis, along with the equipment you'd expect from a modern podiatry practice.

🎓 Support without micromanagement

We want our podiatrists to continue developing while still having the freedom to practise as clinicians.

We provide quarterly in-house CPD, regular opportunities to learn from the rest of the team and optional one-on-one mentoring with Senior Podiatrists who have more than 20 years of clinical experience.

For new graduates, we'll make sure you're properly supported as you transition into private practice. For experienced podiatrists, we'll give you the autonomy to work in a way that suits your experience and clinical interests.

We're open to both full-time and part-time applicants and are happy to discuss a combination of days and hours that works for both you and the clinic.

While this position is primarily based at Ferntree Gully, but there may also be opportunities to work from our East Doncaster clinic at Tunstall Square if possible.

We believe good clinicians are more likely to stay when they enjoy their work, have flexibility and aren't burnt out.

💰 Competitive salary + rewarding bonus structure

We offer a competitive base salary based on your experience, together with a generous and achievable performance bonus structure that rewards you as your caseload grows.

Our remuneration model gives you the security and benefits of permanent employment, while also providing the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings as you become established within the clinic.

Superannuation, annual leave and personal leave are provided in addition to your salary, and we'll discuss the complete remuneration package openly with you during the recruitment process.
