We’re looking for a Podiatrist to join our team here on the North Coast NSW. Established in 1996, Rightfoot Podiatry & Footwear is a modern, patient-focused podiatry group with 10 locations across the coast and hinterland of Northern NSW. Delivering comprehensive foot, ankle, and lower-limb care — from everyday foot pain and sports injuries to advanced biomechanical assessment, custom orthotics, and diabetic foot management — the practice is proudly locally owned and known for its supportive team culture, making it a genuinely rewarding place to build a career.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of new and existing patients, treating a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower limb conditions to help people move well and live pain-free. This includes:
Providing general podiatry care (nail care, skin care, callus and corn management)
Treating sports injuries and guiding rehabilitation
Creating custom orthotics that make a real day-to-day difference
Leading diabetic foot care and pathology prevention
Providing practical advice on foot health, footwear, and injury prevention
Building genuine relationships with patients who look forward to their visit
You will be provided with:
Modern Podiatry equipment
Access to our in-house orthotic lab for design and milling.
Access to out wide range of footwear
The flexibility of up-to a ten day fortnight offers staff time to enjoy all that the beautiful Northern Rivers has to offer.
$100,000 - $145,000 salary package (dependent on experience and qualifications and desired working schedule)

Optional Endorsement for Scheduled Medicines Scholarship
We are pleased to offer a scholarship to the successful applicant who wishes to pursue their endorsement for scheduled medicines while working at Right Foot Podiatry. This scholarship includes $5,000, distributed in four equal instalments of $1,250 as you progress through your coursework and supervised practice.
