Part Time Podiatrist Caulfield North, VIC
Position Vacant: Part Time
Associate Podiatrist. Caulfield North | 3 days per week
We are seeking an Associate Podiatrist to join our established private practice in Caulfield North.
This opportunity may suit a Podiatrist in the early stages of their career who is looking for structured mentoring, clinical support and further professional development. It may also suit a more experienced and established practitioner seeking a new challenge, greater clinical autonomy, a flexible working arrangement and a more rewarding remuneration structure.
Approximately 5 years’ experience is preferred; however, we are open to considering clinicians at different stages of their career. The right attitude, clinical curiosity and willingness to contribute are more important than an exact number of years.
About the practice
The practice is located within a professional medical setting, offering a modern, well-presented and welcoming clinical environment. The dedicated Podiatry consulting suite provides a comfortable and professional space for patient care, with access to rehabilitation facilities.
The practice offers a diverse clinical caseload. It has a loyal and established client base, with additional MSK and Sports Podiatry cases referred through the Physiotherapy team, surgical referrers and community word of mouth.

Depending on your experience and interests, the role offers opportunities to:
- Develop skills in MSK assessment, diagnosis, prognosis and clinical management.
- Gain exposure to acute and chronic foot & ankle presentations, post-operative care and rehabilitation.
- Work through clinical reasoning and more challenging presentations, with mentoring and collegial support.
- Attend regular monthly Foot & Ankle Masterclass CPD sessions, featuring industry experts.
- Liaise with our surgical referrers and help maintain these relationships.
- Gain more experience in prescribing by benefiting from our bespoke orthotic team, facilitating direct input from prescription through to design and manufacture.
- Supervised nail surgery if required, to further develop your confidence.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment, with access to a large network of clients from one of the most established physiotherapy groups in the area.
- Co-treat more complex cases as they arise.
- Develop greater clinical autonomy and professional independence.
- Contribute to the development and future direction of the practice, with leadership and operational responsibilities.
The role also offers:
- Competitive base salary reflective of experience, plus superannuation and bonus.
- Structured 1:1 mentoring and dedicated time for clinical discussion and professional development, if required.
- Full-time reception support.
- Flexibility to continue working elsewhere.
The ideal applicant
The applicant may be:
- A Podiatrist in the early stages of their career seeking mentoring, clinical support and opportunities to develop their skills across a diverse caseload.
