Emerald Podiatry is seeking an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated podiatrist to join our team in a part time capacity. The clinic’s lively and growing patient load yearns for the addition of a second podiatrist, with flexible days and arrangements available.

You will enjoy working independently but will also have the support and camaraderie of the business owner, GPs, nursing staff, reception staff and a visiting diabetes educator, with valuable exposure to the operational side of a bustling podiatry practice available to the extent of your interest. This position is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, and working within a supportive, community-focused practice. 

Position details

• Part time ongoing
• 2-3 days per week
• Starting August/September  
• Role sharing — We also welcome applications from clinicians with partial availability as we can endeavour to cover the requirement across two podiatrists.
• Accommodation available 10 min from clinic to support potential relocation

• $1000 retention bonus after 6 continuous months of work in the role

Clinical scope 

Primary case mix of general care and diabetic foot assessments and management, with a balanced addition of biomechanics and orthotic prescription, footwear education and some paediatrics. There is also plenty of opportunity to grow and develop your own particular areas of interest.
