About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Podiatrist to join our thriving private clinic, with a clear pathway to ownership within 12 months.

This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who loves patient care but is also eager to learn how to run and grow a successful podiatry business. You’ll work closely with the current owner—who will be relocating interstate—to transition into full clinic ownership, with ongoing mentorship and guidance throughout the process.

Our clinic offers a balanced caseload (approximately 50% biomechanical and 50% routine), providing a rewarding mix of patient presentations and the chance to refine your skills in both acute and chronic injury management.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional podiatric care across a varied caseload (routine care, chronic injury management, biomechanics, and orthotic therapy)

Build strong patient relationships through empathy, communication, and consistent clinical results

Participate in clinic growth initiatives, including community engagement and patient retention strategies

Learn and contribute to business operations including scheduling, billing, and systems management

Take an active role in refining clinic processes and service delivery as you prepare for ownership

About You

AHPRA-registered Podiatrist (new graduates and experienced clinicians welcome)

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, particularly in chronic injury, foot and ankle pain, rehabilitation, and orthotic management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you listen first and genuinely care about helping people

Confident working in a private billing environment with patients who value high-quality care

Eager to learn the business and leadership side of private practice

Motivated, proactive, and ready to step into a clinic leadership role
