About the role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Podiatrist to join our small team at Alicia Foster Podiatry in Seaford, Victoria.

This is a part-time role with potential to increase hours as caseload builds

 We offer flexible hours to balance your work and personal commitments. 

What you'll be doing

• Working alongside an endorsed podiatrist with support and mentoring to gain endorsement if desired,
• All aspects of podiatry care including general foot care, biomechanical assessments, orthotic prescription and dispensing, sports injuries and paediatrics. Taking pride in all aspects of podiatric treatment and delivering excellent care that upholds our clinics reputation for exceptional outcomes.
• Educating patients on proper foot care and the prevention of foot-related issues.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in our local community to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Working along side an experienced podiatrist in supportive environment with full admin support.
• Brand new light filled clinic across the road from the beach, perfect for lunch break beach strolls.
• No home visits, no nursing home work.

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empower patients.

Enthusiastic can do attitude with genuine passion for podiatry.

Caring nature with willingness to learn.

Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

All levels of experience welcome to apply,

Availability to work between 15-24 clinical hours per week in a part-time capacity.

Potential for hours to grow as caseload established.
