    In 2025, the APodA advocacy focus is placing a strong emphasis on funding for podiatrists. Your responses to the questions below are invaluable, as they will directly contribute to enhancing practice conditions for all podiatrists.

  10. Patient treatment

    The following questions are designed to support APodA’s advocacy and policy efforts. By understanding who you treat, what conditions you manage, and how your services are delivered, we can better represent podiatry in key areas such as aged care, disability, digital health, and Medicare reform. Your insights help shape how we respond to legislative and operational changes that impact the profession.


  11. Insurance

  12. You can manage your insurance directly with BMS, the APodA insurance partner, via the BMS Portal. The BMS Portal gives you direct access to download your important insurance documents, access claims forms or purchase other insurance products.

    Once you have signed up or renewed your APodA membership you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to access the BMS Portal.

  13. APERF Donation

  14. Once you have completed your registration you will be given an opportunity to make a tax deductible donation to the Australian Podiatry Education Research Fund.

  16. APodA has created Special Interest Groups (SIG) to help members develop their knowledge, skills and opportunities. Join one or more Special Interest Groups by selecting from the options below.
