For sale is a lightly used LasserCAM 6 pair CNC machining setup. The CNC is an i2R A24 with a custom acrylic top surface that allows fast and accurate positioning of EVA blanks for machining of orthotics. The system comes with an attached compressor which runs air to the spindle and a sizeable extraction system, including stand alone cyclonic capture and twin bag extraction with fine particulate filters. Also included is the 4" ducting, blast gates and associated components.

I have used CAD CAM and LaserCAM orthotics and products since 2007 and have found them to produce exceptional foot orthoses. The system is literally plug and play with the benefit of free to use software (both for eva machining and 3D printing). There is no licensing or ongoing fees other than an unlocking fee for files that is $2 per foot. As a consequence, this system would be suitable both for an orthotic laboratory setup and also one attached to your practice.
